Pam obtained her Masters in Counseling in the Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling option from California State University, Hayward. For more than twenty-seven years, she has worked in private counseling clinics, psychiatric hospitals, and treatment centers. Pam has expertise in many modalities, including Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 3 trained), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). She also has advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ART, which is a powerful form of therapy that eliminates sensations, symptoms, and images resulting from trauma, using bilateral eye movements. She has a great love for helping people with all kinds of needs and wants to empower her clients to overcome obstacles and find happier, more fulfilling lives.
In Pam’s spare time, she enjoys painting with oils, acrylics, and watercolors, and writing. She also loves movies, Disneyland, and reading.
