Jenna has always been enthusiastic about helping others grow and develop to improve their lives and the lives of their families. As a clinical mental health counseling intern, she is trained to help individuals and couples heal and grow through challenging life experiences and events. She believes that emotional connection and healthy communication patterns are necessary to building and maintaining lasting relationships.
Jenna employs a person-centered, strengths-based approach to empower clients to realize their capacity for change and growth.
Jenna and her husband have been married 19 years and have four children. Inspired by her personal infertility journey, Jenna is passionate about supporting individuals andcouples as they navigate fertility-related grief, loss, and unmet expectations, helping them to discover meaning and joy on their own reproductive journeys.
Education:
Jenna earned her Bachelors in Exercise Sciences from Brigham Young University. She is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Families, and Couples at Walden University. Under the supervision of Emily Freeze, Jenna specializes in Infertility and Reproductive Trauma and Postpartum Depression and Anxiety.
Personal Interests:
Jenna loves traveling, hiking, shopping, eating delicious food, planning and executing home improvement projects, hosting family gatherings, laughing with friends old and new, and making lasting memories with her husband and children.
