Olivia has specific training in eating disorders, and experience working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and faith/religious issues.
Olivia also enjoys working with couples who are seeking to improve their relationships. She uses principles from John and Julie Gottman as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples deepen their connection. Before becoming a therapist she worked with a variety of populations including young adults with disabilities, and women in addiction recovery. Outside of work, Olivia finds joy being with her husband and three young children. She loves hiking, camping, and visiting her warm home state of California.
