Kylee Owens, MA, CMHC

SPECIALTIES: Teens, Anxiety, Trauma, Relationships, Transitions, Emotions
Kylee loves working with teens and adults who struggle to like themselves, feel overwhelmed, or carry a lot of anxiety. If you’re someone who feels things deeply, overthinks everything, or often feels like you’re “too much” and “not enough,” Kylee offers a space where all of that is welcome.
Her approach to therapy is warm, honest, and human. She believes healing happens in relationships where we feel safe, seen, and accepted. Sessions with Kylee are a mix of real talk, shared laughter, and space for the hard stuff. She helps clients connect the dots between past experiences and present patterns, explore who they really are, and build the kind of self-trust that can carry them through life’s most challenging moments.
Kylee especially enjoys working with teens and young adults facing stress, life transitions, self-worth struggles, or relationship challenges. She integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her work. She doesn’t believe people need to be fixed, just supported in getting to know all the parts of themselves, even the ones that feel hard to love.
