Her ability to connect, especially with children and teens, creates a foundation of trust that supports meaningful change.
Andrea has over 10 years of experience in crisis services, working at an eating disorder treatment center, and as a volunteer at the Children’s Justice Center. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Social Work and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and will graduate in the Summer of 2026. In addition, Andrea has received specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, which strengthens her ability to support parents navigating the unique challenges of the perinatal period.
Believing in a holistic approach, Andrea tailors therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. She integrates evidence-based practices, drawing from Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families, Child Centered Play Therapy for children, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her personal experiences allow her to offer genuine compassion, authenticity, and care.
Outside of therapy, Andrea and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors, rock climbing, biking, or hiking with their two children.
