Carli Slade, MSW, CSW

As long as Carli can remember, she’s always enjoyed working with people and helping them anyway that she could. Her passion and desire lead her to pursue a career as a therapist. Carli believes that knowledge is power, and with that knowledge, skills can be learned and gained and provide insight into understanding. She works with her clients to meet them where they are at, working together to achieve their goals of what brings them to therapy. She believes and encourages empowerment, and looks at things with a strengths based perspective. Carli has experience working with depression, anxiety, adolescents, women, and young adults.
Carli obtained her Masters degree from Utah Valley University in Social Work, as well as her undergraduate degree from Snow College and Utah Valley University majoring in Psychology. Carli is trained in a variety of evidence based empirically researched therapy modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and more. She is always looking for opportunities to grow and learn.
In Carli’s spare time she enjoys baking her favorite treats, tending to her garden, or getting a workout in at the gym. She loves to be with her family and her two dogs, and will never pass up an opportunity to enjoy a Dr. Pepper!
