Jenna has always been passionate about helping others grow, heal, and strengthen the relationships that matter most. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, she is trained to support individuals and couples as they move through challenging life experiences and significant emotional transitions. She believes that emotional connection and healthy, intentional communication are foundational to building and sustaining meaningful, lasting relationships. Jenna uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach, empowering clients to recognize their own resilience and capacity for change.
Married for over 20 years, Jenna and her husband are the parents of four children. Her own journey with infertility deeply informs her work and fuels her commitment to supporting individuals and couples facing fertility-related grief, loss, and unmet expectations. She is dedicated to helping clients find meaning, compassion for themselves, and renewed hope as they navigate their unique reproductive paths.
Education & Specialization
Jenna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sciences from Brigham Young University and completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Families, and Couples at Walden University. She specializes in infertility and perinatal issues, couples, and trauma.
Personal Interests:
Jenna loves traveling, hiking, skiing, shopping, eating delicious food, planning and executing home improvement projects, hosting family gatherings, laughing with friends old and new, and making lasting memories with her husband and children.
