    Group therapy is an effective and affordable option for a range of mental health needs. Instead of meeting one-on-one with a therapist, group therapy brings together a small group of 6-10 people each session. Guided by a trained therapist, each session allows clients to share their thoughts and feelings as well as learn from the experiences of others.
