Brooke understands that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. She offers a warm, supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. With a calm and compassionate presence, Brooke helps clients slow down, feel understood, and begin exploring their experiences in a way that feels safe and approachable. Her goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your voice, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.
Her work is grounded in a humanistic and existential framework, while also integrating evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and attachment-focused therapy when appropriate. Brooke frequently supports clients navigating anxiety, OCD, self-esteem challenges, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
She understands many emotional struggles as rooted in a loss of connection—to one’s identity, needs, or inner voice—often shaped by past relationships, experiences, or cultural influences. Through a warm and supportive therapeutic environment, Brooke helps clients reconnect with their internal resources, fostering greater self-awareness, confidence, and trust in themselves.
Brooke works with teens (13+), young adults, and adults of all identities, including women, men, and LGBTQ+ clients. She is dedicated to helping individuals make sense of their experiences and move forward with a stronger sense of clarity, connection, and self.
