    **Supervised by: JASON WOOTTON, LCSW

Hannah is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel understood and empowered to explore their experiences. She recognizes that therapy looks different for everyone and prioritizes helping clients engage in the process in ways that feel authentic and meaningful to them.

Hannah has experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a client-centered framework and is informed by techniques from Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), and Adlerian Play Therapy (AdPT). With children, she incorporates play-based approaches to support emotional expression, connection, and a sense of belonging.

Hannah works with children (ages 5+), teens, young adults, adults, and couples. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and believes that healing and growth occur when individuals feel safe, seen, and supported.

Outside of the therapy room, Hannah enjoys creating art, music, game nights, traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and family.
