Born and raised in Utah, Janessa brings a deep passion for the health and wellness field to her role as Scheduling Manager and is thrilled to be a part of the NBCG family! She prioritizes care and compassion in every interaction, serving as the welcoming first point of contact for our clients. With a sharp eye for detail, Janessa works closely with her fellow administrative staff to ensure the office runs seamlessly, allowing the focus to remain on client care. Outside the office, she can be found looking for treasures at thrift stores, adding to her record collection, attending rock & indie concerts, or enjoying quality time with her loved ones.
