Jill knows life’s challenges can be overwhelming, but she also believes that personal and relational growth is more than possible if you have the right road map. Jill knows support can be invaluable and she is passionate about providing that support for individuals, couples, and families.
Jill implements a trauma informed, integrative therapeutic approach to treatment and has experience with modalities such at ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Lifespan Integration for the treatment of depression and anxiety (especially OCD and scrupulosity), anger, grief, self-esteem issues, food challenges and body acceptance, and religious/faith challenges.
Jill is especially passionate about relational and sexual health and uses a Relational Life Therapy approach to help couples and families navigate the often-difficult realities of intimate relationships.
Jill got her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Utah State University, and loves teaching, but is enjoying her passion for mental health. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Utah Valley University and is currently working toward licensure.
When she isn’t working with her clients, she loves to enjoy nature (especially hiking in the mountains), playing card games (with anyone who is willing), reading, and finding new recipes to perfect. She finds the most joy working with people and helping them become the best versions of themselves
