Jill Dickey, CMHC
Specializing in Couples/Marriage, Women Issues & Young Adults
Jill understands that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but she also believes that meaningful personal and relational growth is possible with the right support and a clear path forward. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals and couples can better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Jill uses a trauma-informed, integrative approach to therapy and draws from modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Lifespan Integration. She has experience supporting clients with depression and anxiety, including OCD and scrupulosity, as well as anger, grief, self-esteem, food and body image concerns, and religious or faith-related challenges.
Jill is particularly passionate about relational and sexual health. She incorporates a Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Developmental Model/Differentiation based approach to help couples and families better understand relationship patterns, communicate more effectively, and navigate the complexities of intimate relationships with greater connection and compassion.
Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Utah State University. While she has always loved teaching, she discovered a deep passion for mental health and human development. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Utah Valley University and is a fully licensed mental health counselor.
Outside of her work with clients, Jill enjoys spending time in nature—especially hiking in the mountains—playing card games with anyone willing to join, reading, and finding new recipes to perfect. Above all, she finds the greatest joy in working with people and helping them become more fully themselves.
