    Kacy Rawlings,CMHC-I

Specializing in Postpartum Depression & Anxiety and Couples Relationships

Kacy is a CMHC-intern and loves witnessing positive change in people’s lives.  Adopting a strengths-based, integrative approach to therapy, Kacy recognizes that each person has unique qualities that support their personal fulfillment of potential, and no single approach works for everyone. Emphasizing the importance of a holistic view of wellness, she assesses the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of her clients. Kacy is also specialty trained in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders from PSI and is passionate about working with new moms as they transition into parenting.

Kacy loves using behavioral therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS/“parts work”), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness to attend to anxiety, grief, depression, OCD, inner child work/reparenting, the mother wound, sexual health, religious/faith issues, self-esteem, trauma, anger, relationships and more. She is a firm believer that all wounds can heal through acknowledgement of pain, connection in relationships and self-care.

She earned her Bachelors of Science in family life and human development from SUU, and after being inspired from her own life experiences and subsequent healing journey, she became passionate about supporting others on their own path to healing. She is pursuing her Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from Palo Alto University, and will be graduating in June of 2025.

Some of Kacy’s favorite things to do are reading, backpacking/hiking, baking treats, going out with friends, eating meals with family, mowing the lawn and spending time with her husband and four kids. Some of her dislikes are thinking about what to make for dinner,
