Kacy is an ACMHC and loves witnessing positive change in people’s lives. Adopting a strengths-based, integrative approach to therapy, Kacy recognizes that each person has unique qualities that support their personal potential. She is specialty trained in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders from PSI and is passionate about helping moms and couples as they transition into parenting.
Kacy also loves supporting individuals and couples as they learn to navigate through anxiety, grief, depression, OCD, sexual health concerns, faith or religious struggles, self-esteem challenges, trauma, anger, overwhelm and difficult relationship dynamics. After being inspired from her own life experiences and subsequent healing journey, she became passionate about supporting others on their own path to healing and feeling whole. She sees therapy as sacred work, and approaches it with compassion, care, and a little bit of humor, too.
Some of Kacy’s favorite things to do are reading, backpacking, going out with friends, mowing the lawn, and spending time with her husband and four kids. Some of her dislikes are thinking about what to make for dinner and making dinner.
