She values a holistic approach to healing and recognizes the important role spirituality and personal meaning can play in emotional wellness.
She is trained in working with individuals, couples, and families using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), sand tray therapy, and play therapy. Lindsey is passionate about helping clients strengthen relationships, build resilience, and create deeper connection within themselves and with those they love.
Outside of her professional work, Lindsey enjoys music, traveling, swimming, experiencing new cultures, cooking, and trying new foods. She loves connecting with people and learning from their experiences, but most of all treasures spending time with family and friends. Family is deeply important to Lindsey, and she is passionate about helping others cultivate meaningful and fulfilling relationships throughout every stage of life.
