    With over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, Mary is a Certified Social Worker who is deeply committed to walking alongside her clients as they navigate life’s challenges. She believes in the power of collaboration and works with individuals to uncover the root causes of struggles, empowering them to find the support, skills, and healing they need to thrive in their unique lives.

    Mary’s therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She believes in a holistic approach by exploring psychological, physical, social and spiritual wellness. Her work is guided by empathy, patience, and an unwavering belief in her clients’ ability to grow and change, even in the face of difficulty.

    After earning her bachelor’s in art from Brigham Young University in 2004, she went on to receive her Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University. Outside the therapy room, Mary is a devoted wife of 25 years to her husband Matthew and proud mother of five. She enjoys sculpting, gardening, traveling, sports, tackling home improvement projects, spending time in nature, and playing games with her family. She is a lifelong learner who is constantly reading and studying new material to deepen her understanding and better support those she serves.
