    Nicole Hill is a social worker and therapist specializing in emotional regulation, family systems, and relationship development. With experience in both educational and medical settings, she supports children, families, and individuals facing anxiety, trauma, and complex life stressors.

    Nicole’s approach emphasizes practical skill-building, emotional awareness, and strengthening relationships. She is passionate about helping clients create meaningful, lasting change by developing tools they can apply in real-life situations.

    She has additional training in maternal mental health, including support for postpartum depression and anxiety, and enjoys working with women navigating the emotional transitions of motherhood. Nicole also has training in play therapy, allowing her to effectively support children in expressing emotions, building coping skills, and working through challenges in developmentally appropriate ways.

    Nicole especially enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as individuals seeking support with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
