    Attachment and self-compassion being key elements in her approach as a therapist, Kylee enjoys helping people better connect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Specialities include: adolescents, young adults, individual counseling, family therapy, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotion regulation, trauma & loss, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and relationships.
    Kylee graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, attending Adams State University. She previously studied at University of Utah with a focus in Human Development and Family Studies. Over the last 8 years, Kylee has worked closely with adolescents, taking a lead role in the development and implementation of an Intensive Outpatient Program for teens.   
    With a background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Kylee understands the value of interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. She believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and strives to connect authentically with clients. Kylee believes a strength based approach is beneficial in the healing process, recognizing resilience exists even in the deepest, hardest struggles.
    Kylee enjoys going to Utah Jazz games, exploring new cuisines, watching Seinfeld, going to concerts, and time with her family.
