    Hello, I’m Savannah, a compassionate therapist specializing in working with couples, individuals, teens and parents, and women’s issues. With a keen understanding of faith transitions, anxiety, and depression, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and facilitate positive change. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based practices, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy for fostering healthy and lasting relationships, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for identifying and modifying thought patterns, Solution-Focused Therapy for setting and achieving meaningful goals, and Narrative Therapy for exploring personal narratives and empowering individuals to reshape their life stories. 

    Through these modalities and a client-centered approach, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their unique journeys towards growth, healing, and improved well-being.
