We use proven, research-backed approaches to help couples identify underlying issues, improve communication, and restore trust. Some of the models we incorporate include:

    • The Gottman Method: Based on 40+ years of research, this method focuses on enhancing friendship, managing conflict, and building lasting intimacy. You’ll learn practical tools to improve communication, resolve disagreements, and deepen your emotional connection. Learn more about our use of the Gottman Method here.
    • Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT): EFT helps couples identify negative interaction patterns and develop a secure emotional bond. This approach encourages understanding, vulnerability, and connection, allowing you to feel more emotionally attuned to your partner. Learn more about our use of EFT here.

    A Collaborative and Compassionate Space

We believe that couples counseling works best when both partners feel safe, heard, and supported. We’re here to guide you through the journey.
